RECORDING STUDIO & LIVE EVENT AUDIO ENGINEER
COURSE LEVEL III
Under
the direction of our Intern Media Division, we offer a wide range of
audio and video instructional classes at RISE MEDIA BUSINESS & TECHNICAL TRADE SCHOOL. Our classes are fully "hands
on" and are taught by working Media Professionals in a creative learning
environment. Our Recording Studio & Live Event Audio Engineering Program
consists of 4 Levels of Courses. In Course Level III, students learn basic and advanced principles, operations and applications of Digital Audio Recording using Fruity Loops Software and MIDI Computer Production and Sequencing Programs. Class sizes are limited to ensure maximum learning and intensive "hands on" training. Below is a general description of subjects that will be taught in the Recording Studio & Live Event Audio
Engineering - Level
III Course.
Prerequisite: You must have successfully fully completed Recording Studio & Live Event Audio Engineering - Level II before taking this course.
Course Level III is a 10 Week Course. Classes are held 3 hours a day, 4 days a week.
Lab Projects are also required.
MIDI Programs and Terminology
Song Production using Fruity Loops, Various Keyboards, Samplers &/or Drum Machines and Keyboard Controllers
Proper Cables and Equipment for MIDI Recording
Basic and Advanced Sequencing and Quantizing
Correcting Audio Waveforms
Signal Control & Monitoring
Locking / Syncing Music
Velocity, Frequency and Loudness Levels
Learning to Separate Tracks
Recording, Monitoring and Overdubs
Recording Solo and Group Vocals
Equalization and Proper Audio Levels of Tracks
Final Mixes: Export All Media To Various Formats
